a search of the forums for 'bootskin' led me to: https://forums.wincustomize.com/?search=bootskin.

Then on a whim I clicked: bootskins -> how to create one
Then I clicked the link in comment one. There's a tutorial!

took less than 2 minutes on dialup.

Thant was a long tutorial and i hate long tutorials because i'am not so good in english.
